Erm actually it's Krita, and way too many. Getting the hang of Krita and highly targeted nano banana edits. Composited using transparency masks so each addition is as minimal as possible.

This setup has been working pretty well. Sometimes you have to insist rather strongly that it does not modify something else in the prompt portion (the second part), and then just keep rerunning/refining the prompt until u get what u want. compositing step is required because it subtly shifts the gen and you have to adjust, surgically apply the edit, etc. The reason the fighting Buns look just like the reference is i hadn't realized i needed to give it permission to modify it, as well as giving it a sense of scale.

oh and every new edit is a new session, very important. sometimes doing a second edit after the first works out, but generally i've found it better to adjust the prompt and re-gen. just use the previous iteration as TARGET.

I got ComfyUI and Wan 2.2 going but my container crashes on this last step using the ti2v workflow. Is it not enough to have 16GB of RAM available? I have a 4080 Super, this shouldn't crash yeah? I have CUDA and everything installed in the container.

You need a more recent build of pytorch that supports the 5000 series of cards.

Best to create a new venv to get a fresh install of pytorch instead of upgrading the old one.

Assuming you're on windows, check the attached image and follow the install steps for Auto1111 again but when it gets to the python install part..

1) https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/
2) click the same options I've shown in the image
3) cut'n'paste the command it builds at the bottom of the table and run that instead.
4) continue rest of Auto1111 install

If you've got enough drive space (4GB+ mainly on your C drive) then I would just try a new venv and a completely fresh Auto1111 install inside that instead.

When I went from a 1070 to a 4090 a few years back I didn't even touch my old install and got a fresh venv+ui. Mainly because if the 4090 didn't work out then I could just put the 1070 back in like nothing happened but also I knew upgrading an existing install would be a slight pain as you've just found out yourself.

Take this oppurtunity to try one of the Forge variants instead. The UI is 95% the same as Auto1111 but it supports a lot more of the recent image checkpoint/models that you will want to try now that you've got more VRAM.

I've decided to give Krita a go for the first time after countless years of Photoshop. Is there a way to change the color of this workspace area? I've looked through options but can't seem to find anything related... there doesn't seem to be much in the way of changing individual colors except for everything via Themes.
