Look into vintage office equipment and stationary in old catalogs, scrounge ebay or etsy, and see what tools you could implement in places of your life that you depended on digitally. There are plenty of stationary and journaling youtubers that can show you really cool ways to unplug yourself.And yes I'm using cell to jack.

i got this ultrawide 1440p from work and it's ridiculous side-by-side with my main monitor.however i can't switch to it exclusively, because it's only 60hz.i've got an amazonbasics ergotron mount for my main monitor and it doesn't have the vertical freedom to stack, so i think i'd have to buy a different mount to stack them.or i can just suck it up and have a huge monitor side by side with my main one.
