AI is already doing better than 99% of the juniors out there. Personally, I prefer to describe the task to an LLM and copy/paste it myself than to explain the task a junior developer. With the LLM I can describe with more technical language, I can review the code right away and finish the task in like 10 or 20 minutes. If a junior developer is doing the task, it will take me 1 or 2 code review and the code won't be in the shape I want.tl;dr current LLM is already better than most juniors developers.
