I use a samsung galaxy s23 with the android 14 that came out of the box, but i have removed google play service and related apps using ADB. If i end up needing the gsuite, I use Secure Folder to install apps that need google play services. I've been using this setup for little over a year. But I dont know how secure this setup is so i just want to know what the community thinks of this? Is it stupid? Is there anyone that use a phone similiarly? If yes drop some tips and tricks you've found. Also google seems to be really locking down on the sideloading thing. Now i get errors even on the apps on Secure Folder. I havent updated the phone once i bought.

I've owned a google pixel 10 for a week and I want to blow my brains out. It's got a mind of its own, I can't figure out the stupid UI and it overheard me say "adios" to some guy when my GPS was active and now every time I use google maps it's giving me directions in spanish. Honor 400im still using a 6 year old phone which still has a headphone jack and id like to keep it that way so that speaks for the xperia 10. the honor is currently on sale at a retailer for 370 bucks(256gb) or at the official honor store for 470 but for the 512gb version with a 66w watt charger and wireless headphones. the xperia costs 450bucks. i prioritise good cameras and a somewhat fast processor for apps and mild multitasking. never really play games on phone. in a perfect world teh xperia 5VII would have released and i would get that one but sony had to be morons on this one. i guess the quastion im asking is if someone has experince with any of these 2 phones or the processors and can tell me about their reallife everyday performance.
