I have a Gigabyte Z390 motherboard. I noticed that "LEDs in system power on state" doesn't want to stay on. I set it to "on" and save, reboot, and I can see the fans light up, then turn off again by the time the video signal kicks in. And the fan lights stay off until I go to RGBFusion, where I see the fans have been set to "Off". I can set it to, say, "Static" and they'll stay on until next boot.I don't know if it was the BIOS update or updating to Windows 11, but since this happened before I boot to Windows, probably the former
