Do a some bird dogs, core exercises, and if you have access to a "roman chair" do that for lower back strength or figure it out on a bed. If you haven't herniated anything yet, do some deadlifts.

I have table top and books under it and I use it as my low table. I switch between this desk and the other non autist one. I can recommend this. I'm really well stretched compared to all my stiff as fuck friends.
