picrel along with blocking all outbound connections from Photos and explorer will stop all but windows update from generating automatic traffic. obviously just from windows itself, steam and browsers still do their own thing.
t. iv been staring at "Capturing from enp4s0" for 16 hours.
oh, windows defender will gomblain about this btw.
