Even captchas are useless now, in fact due to multi-layered CGNAT 1 ip getting banned can ban whole networks in some cases. Wikipedia had a huge fallout from when the Proxy for Qatar got banned.You just have to accept bot traffic now, as it is ubiquitous among all networks thanks to botnets and all the corporate EOL devices out there.

That tends to be someone like namecheap, godaddy, on the DNS with AWS actually serving content whilst being shielded from identification by cloudflare. They'll happily supply 'em with services and cash in bonus when they cut 'em short on abuse clauses. But then they'll supply them again. And Again. And Again. You stop these people making money from the operation, and suddenly they'll run out of suppliers able to host their scams, and still able to touch my internet.
