Scalloped fretboards seem like an interesting concept, but I'd need to get my hands on one to know for sure. Scalloped and fanned frets have always intrigued me. Where are the strap buttons on that thing? Or does it just levitate in front of you by the power of heavy metal?

The note sounds immediatly, instead of once your finger compresses against the fret board.

You don't get 1/2 muffled notes from playing fast.
You can slide easier too.
