Ryzen 5 could ve anything but even if it's the first gen it will be fine as long as you have a goos GPU. 16 GB is still fine if you plan using something like Arch Linux. I would strongly recommend that you cancel this order as it's really not worth it. You will regret the performance. It's way too expensive for what only i can imagine it offers..
