we need a website where people can post about their dealbreaker-reasons why they can't switch to linux just yet, with a ranking system picking up keywordsa problem clearly stated is a problem half donefor example i've see a lot of people complain about lack of VR support on linux, but since you can't really quantify i dont think people really give it that much care or importanceas dealbreakers get taken care of, you could also have a section where normies can be directed towards the right linux distro for their usecase, with a short description of what each distro does bestit's about time windows fucking die already
Its simple sudo should be pop up window
Autodesk Fusion, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I can live without Office (LibreOffice and Google Docs are okay) but as an engineer I can't give up CAD. I hate MATLAB but sometimes gotta use that too.But please, Autodesk... please. Make your shit compatible with Linux. Please. Even if it's just Ubuntu. This is the reason almost all roboticists need to dual boot or have 2 machines.
>switch towhat happened to just owning a bunch of computers with all diferent shit on them
