as I understand the situation,once you are connected to the consumer internet you are identified globally with the same phone number than 100.000 people.And once or many of those people are performing HTTP carpet bombing,And when those bombings fall into Google Infrastructure, they see the phone number of the B52 Globemaster connected stream.so Google needs to check with every user connected to that line (NAT IP) if there is a human operator or a synthetic agent and they use reCAPTCHA. And reCAPTCHA is used to train undisclosed neural networks that will be mined into LLMs to be consumed Consumer to Business or Business to Business. Every CAPTCHA is a human detector.
