How the FUCK did someone think of this shit? Just etch some lines in a crystal and it thinks? That's some black magic shit.
>>
jews, idk
>>
>>107001449
There's no 'just' or 'magic' about it, it's the result of extremely intelligent people spending decades collaborating on how to develop new and improve existing technologies, backed by both governments and an unfathomable amount of money.
>>
>>107001507
nah thinking is hard it was jews
>>
>>107001449
Really not that complicated
>>
>>107001507
>backed by both governments and an unfathomable amount of money.
That certainly wasn't the case at first. It was just a few White men working in dingy little labs.

it's literally just small images, you can draw anything inside the crystal layer by layer
>>
Small iterative improvements over and over again.
Just check out the absolute first silicon transistors, and since then it's just been shrinking them over and over.
>>
>>107001449
They didn't get there from nothing.
They iterated and iterated and iterated and iterated and iterated.
With everyone building on the collective knowlegde that was acculated by people before them.

If you actually care about a topic you could just start to learn stuff about it instead of gawking in awe and saying it must be fucking magic.
I swear its always the same when anyone does anything beyond beginner level. "wow how gifted, I could never".

Attitudes like yours are the reason our civilization is on the decline.

>>107001507
yeah they were above average, but the vast majority of them weren't genetic freak geniuses.
Even average people can acheive greatness if they actually apply themselves.
>>
>>107003059
He's right you know. Mathematics is really just about being bored and drawing circles in the sand. It's an art. They fail to teach that to kids because they want you to be a human calculator instead of an inventor.

Basically if you have a sandwich of NPN material applying a voltage to P lets current flow between the Ns like a switch, which leads us to the conclusion digital ICs are really sandwiches

It's the natural progression of being able to store memory and and perform operations using logic gates, it's very impressive, but the actual manufacture of modern cpus with transistors being few nm in size is also very impressive.

Underrated.

Simple as.

this shit is ancient technology compared to whatever the fuck my mind is made of. Matrix level simulations in real time. I am the machine, I am skynet.
>>
>>107001449
Evolved over a century from vacuum tubes to discrete transistors to integrated circuits. At this point the transistors in the silicon are so small that electrons will jump across the gap between the source and the drain on their own if they get any smaller so until quantum meme tech becomes a reality chips are just going to have to get bigger to accomidate more transistor density.
>>
>>107004118
In what way have you progressed the collective knowledge of humanity in your lifetime?

You can make binary adders, encoders, decoders etc with fucking Lego. Translating that stuff onto machines is childs play for engineers, the rest is iterative improvements and miniaturization.

They're just circuits. You can do it with much larger hardware if you prefer, but it takes up a lot of space. If you want to learn more, take a look at the book Grob Basic Electronics. HAM radio is also a good hobby to learn more.

>How the FUCK did someone think of this shit?
Well, the first integrated circut was simple but still earned a guy a Nobel Prize in Physics.
>Just etch some lines in a crystal and it thinks?
There is also diffusion and implantation.
>That's some black magic shit.
Hardly. I did a lot of such things in clean rooms when I was a PhD student years ago. The basic idea is easy to grasp, the rest is decades of engineering to improve linewidths. With some effort, a hobbyist can work the 1 um node, good enough for a 6502 processor.
>>
>>107001449
>How the FUCK did someone think of this shit?
They started large and then worked their way down to small. Every IC that you look at operates on the same principles as any large electronic component except the measurements are in micrometers. Then came the process of putting very small things together under a microscope, and voila. There you have it.

Brits couldn’t even fed themselves after 1935 and relied almost entirely on Americans for everything. Including all of the components for colossus. Americans also captured the enigma machine and kept it secret because Brits were all German cock sucking faggots with a barely British, mostly German royal family . Not even American either I’m Japanese it took two nukes to get force us to surrender.

normal electronic components are the same but bigger, the real question is, who designed the machine that makes the photolithography
>>
>>107009430
Hill rabbis in Switzerland. They learned perfect photolithography from centuries of counterfeiting fiat currency, bonds, and treasuries

You know there are places you can go where the Jews haven’t yet ruled. It’s called Uganda, Liberia, New Guinea, etc. I think I will keep my Jew-financed comforts. You would too because you are a low IQ hypocrite manchild.
