Now with AI, how will people know what is and isn't real?

Same way they knew it before the invention of photography. Ironically enough, a world where people can't trust photos because any fake image can be very easily created is very similar, if not identical, to one where people couldn't trust photos because they didn't exist yet. There are documents, such as travel registers and eye-witness accounts, and so on.Also, there might be other technologies, such as photos being cryptographically signed, so if you take a photo on the latest iPhone, people would know it was real. I wouldn't trust that solution that much, because most likely governments and the like would have some backdoor build, so that they can sign fake certificates, but anyway...Oh, also common sense.

Everyone will simply know that nothing ever happens.
Just go outside. Touch ass. You'll know it's real, unlike boobs. Boobs are always fake.
