I have RX 9070 XT and I have this issue but it's very rare, so I never even bothered looking it up because I can fix it by turning one of my screens off and on.

if im experiencing the same issue with brave
then the issue doesnt appear with all programs
and what triggers it has something to do with running affected programs in full screen windows. i think.
the fix for me is just not to expand affected programs gui to the whole screen

its something so minor i didnt even look it up myself
