Why is it being shilled so hard everywhere?
Is this just another mossad plan to undermine linux?
I mean they just started pushing for (((uutils)))
I think it's a mossad psyop to get normies to try linux, have a horrible user experience and then go back to Winblows 9/11
I mean, as soon as Clem said shit about Isfake they started funneling shekels into cachyOS.

linux foetus here, i'm enjoying it
all my bidya works and it's doing all i want so far, i've undervolted my shit, set fan curves etc and riced it too
from my understanding this is as close as you can get to what valve is doing without entering into complete baby mode that steam os is aiming for

because my 5700xt killed itself in march and i intended for the old setup to last until zen6 and udna
i just thought fuck it and gave it 2 nvmes, a case with 10 fans, bought a 5700x3d and the gpu and instead of scrapping it like i planned i'll just hand it over to one of my relatives after i build my dream rig next year

It's not being shilled any more than usual, it just is very appealing to gaymers. With W11 being the last straw for many of them, they looked for a distro that was fast and could run their Ngreedia GPUs well enough, and CachyOS was that distro. It's Arch with speed tweaks.
