so I'm building a new PC for a friend, he has an old PC from about 13 years ago so it has classic HDDs. i want to just stick them into the new PC but i realize the case i got doesn't have any racks for HDDs, so I'm wondering to myself what i can do about that... https://a.co/d/cRJ7lvC it's this case by the way. i don't want to fuck up the old HDDs but I'm thinking the rack they're in can be taken out of the old case and put in the new case too. or maybe i just need to get a different case... what do you guys think?

>>107007547i thought about that too... but I'm so used to old PC building where everything is secured and even the HDDs are screwed in for some reason so the case can be sideways. but yeah, it isn't really going to be tipped over or anything.

instead of tossing in like 4x 500GB wd blues like a retard please just buy a boot SSD and consolidate the drives if you must if there is to much porn to swap all to SSDs to a 4TB hdd and then zip tie it in place.
