I've tested it out. You can disable any connections it makes right off the bat, but by default makes quite a few.

Also it has no fingerprint protection, and chromes chrome://flags still don't offer any serious fingerprint resistance. This all means that its basically ungoogled-chromium (what its built off of) with some built in bangs, split view and UBO.

Practically useless.
