And if I'm feeling adventurous I use an ef-theme (usually ef-trio-light or ef-winter).Prot's themes really have no competition desu. It wouldn't surprise me if standard-light becomes the default theme eventually.

Gruvbox but I'll probably end up porting Kanagawa paper's colors and use that instead

I'll probably make my own at some point, but right now I'm using ef-dark because it reminds me of LCARS and I felt honor-bound to use it.
