That's because it's literally the only allowed browser on iOS.
(Yes, yes- technically the EU DMA forces Apple to allow alternate browser engines on iOS, but sofar they've reached entire new depths of malicious compliance shenaniganry to make that unachievable in practice. Word is, they actually pissed off the UK with it as well.)

I'm using Adguard on iOS and iPadOS. Is uBlock Lite better than that? Never had problems with Adguard desu, works just as well as uBlock Origin on Firefox Desktop.
