What's more convenient from general view of apps accessibility, configuration possibilities, security and privacy, presence of documentation and general "just work, if you did it right" philosophy?

I'm using NixOS right now, and looking at GUIX with big question mark above my head, cause no source can explain normally it's benefits or downsides.
