Mesh chairs or cushion chairs?
>>107018367mesh because i'm fat and don't want my chair to smell as disgusting as a cushion one would
mesh is far better for posture
>>107018409Same.
>>107018367I made my steelcase leap smell like shit tacos from years of bean brahps
>>107018367After sitting on both, I ended up preferring mesh by quite a margin. The breathability is amazing.
I weigh about 350lbs and I prefer to remain nude. I tried using the mesh but the moles and pimps get caught in the mesh and cause nasty infections. I use fusion but I drape old sheets everywhere so that I can wash them to minimize the smell of my fat sweaty ass and jizz
>>107018367I have a mesh and I wish it was a cushion. The mesh barely helps keep me cool in the summer but is good at making me freezing cold in the winter.
>>107018367mesh in summer, cushion in winter
Mesh hurts my back. I don't really like cushion either, but I don't really have a choice. Already have 2 herniated lower discs so I'm already fucked.
>>107018461>made my steelcase leap smell like shit tacos from years of bean brahpsYou're supposed to stand up, and gently spread your cheeks (use both hands) so the fart air has direct outflow, no rippling/fluttering.Amateur hour.
>>107018367mesh
>>107018461You can get the pads refurbished.
MeshIt's made for sitting on for long periodsYou'll crush cushions with your cheeks and all you'll be feeling is the hard surface underneath
>>107019080NTA but something about ripping farts straight onto a cushion feels really good. Like if you fart into the air it's gone forever, but farting onto the chair padding is like a less obnoxious graffiti, leaving your mark in the world.I have a mesh chair though, which is nice, but now that the topic came up I'm realizing that's one thing I miss about cushions.
>>107018367mesh, no question
If you weigh over 200 lbs the seat cushion on a cushion chair will quickly compress and feel hard as a board. I always end up having to buy seat cushions for all my chairs.
>>107018367Mesh is a pain the ass to clean, I'm gonna switch to a non mesh later this year.
>>107022438that's expected, humans aren't meant to be over 200lbs
>>107018697
>>107018367why would i want warmth retention
>>107022438with that much fat i would expect you to have some fat on your ass to cushion it
>>107018367Mesh chair with a blanket put over the mesh and the seat, it's like having the best of both worlds:- depending on the material of the blanket you can choose your degree of breathable vs warmth (see e.g. polyester vs acrylic)- depending on the thickness of the blanket you can choose between supportive and comfort- aesthetic versatility by simply changing the blanket- low maintenance as you can easily wash the blanket, the chair is always in mint condition
I use a fucking bench, get on my level.
