I have an induction hob and it sucks shit. Air fryers are fantastic though, mine has basically replaced my oven because I'm always cooking for one anyway.
I love my induction but it heats up the pan so fast it starts to warp it, so its only problem is that it works too well

gas. always works. I would like a gas range with 1 induction top just to boil water real fucking fast. yes I can pull out my electric kettle but that's annoying.
I like gas better than electric. I've never used induction but it sounds good in theory.

Gas. Never had a gas stove until I bought my house. I was a little scared of it at first but within 60 seconds of using it I knew it was superior to induction and electric. Also my air fryer is the most used appliance in my entire kitchen.

Induction is objectively the best. Gas is harder to clean and poisons your air.Air Fryers are basically small ovens. They're good for everything that fits in them. Much faster and more efficient.

Electric stoves have been dog shit in my experience but they've been at apartments so maybe they cheaped out and higher end electric stoves are nice. My vote is gas. You can see the flame and gauge how much heat you need and it always works, even with shitty gas stoves. It can be dangerous with leaking gas or Co2 poisoning but it seems like a rare thing.
