Everything is already from China, but here we discuss the cheap chink shit you see on various sites.

So after being spied on ( >>107030074 ) I actually went ahead and bought a bunch of the stuff that I wanted.

The case is for starlink which I will give to my brother for christmas (he is using the cardboard box it shipped in). The little black circuit board is the USB cable tester which went viral recently and the green pots are for catching snails, the connectors are taps (punctures the existing wire and you can plug into that).

Only thing not here yet is 10 metres of fibreglass rods for pushing a cable underneath my house.

one of my orders got duplicated, I assume it was because a confirmation screen tripped on my bank app even though I'm using a digital card and not my physical one. question is, can I safely ignore the duped order? the first copy of the order is already paid and shipped, but it would suck ass if it got recalled because of some weird glitch on ali's end

i see.
if you can't find an item in the coins section (because the shop didn't put it up for discount) then you should search for it in the gem section to at least get some gems back. a 5.95 item gives me 6300 gems back with a 1% base coin discount which is cheaper than buying it straight from choice which is the same price at 5.95 2$ coin discount

i've seen some items start dropping on the 8th. that's when i bought my tablet a few years ago and the price then was cheaper than throughout the 11.11 period.
anyway, 11.11 is when things start getting cheap and prices will stay around that price for 2 weeks until BF week which will last until the end of the month. i bought an action cam for $56 on 11/20 without waiting for BF for instance

watch a guide, it'll cost you a bunch of random tools, working on the fuse box in your house is not easy, because you'll want to either draw the power straight from that, or splice the wiring of another light.

Watch a guide on how to do it, and decide if you're qualified or capable yourself. Wrong place to ask anon. AI would be a much better advisor lmao.

Years ago I went the DIY-ish route like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxR-_ZnREQQ (I miss that Swiss accent so much ;( )
Setup is a bit clunky as I never polished that project: I would need to create some wooden box to make the stuff more rigid, compact and portable (and safer!), it lacks a switch (and maybe a fuse?) on the mains side and I wanted to implement his temperature-controlled fan mod https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Z-1A6oDFXI There's also custom firmware.
Still usable. 1 euro coin for scale.
There was also this more polished supply at the time also, a bit more expensive https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qjLx_HsKUQ
Otherwise there's the form factor like in your picrel, but I don't remember what was the reputable/tested brand at the time. Hopefully you can find thorough tests like these on YouTube.

If it's the former, look up "jeweler's scales" they'll be reasonably accurate for cooking.

it doesnt happen on ebay, i've got an OLD account, and i've disputed a bunch of shit over the years, i even called out a seller for selling a real product that works as advertised, but for using a trademark they legally aren't allowed to use in the title. They apologised and agreed to change the naming of the product.

I got another seller to delist an item because it wasn't fit for purpose (headphone replacements that don't fit the headphone model) and got a refund and an apology. No problems at all. I even recently was allowed to back out of a bid i realised i didn't want (old school mining lamp that requires materials that are illegal for a pleb civvie to buy in our Karen-nanny-state nation in 2025) without having to buy it.

Ebays great for me over the years, but it is more expensive than Ali.

I like the Riden RD series, the same ones as in >>107036327's third video. (The specific one I have is an RD6018, and I've had it for almost 5 years now.)

Unlike traditional lab power supplies, they only do the DC-DC part, so you need to feed it with DC power at least ~1V higher than the output you want. But, that also means you can pair it with just about any sort of DC source you have available, such as a laptop charger, power tool battery, drone battery, surplus PoE switch power supply, or a USB PD charger and trigger board.

It says multi rider but thats not fully accurate you cant talk to multiple people at the same time you can only talk to one other person and have the use the buttons to talk to someone else you are paired to. We never actually were able to get it paired to more than us though the pairing process was pretty convoluted.

Good morning fellow dumpster divers and bargain hunters. So I found these on Ali, used them for a month before they died.
