come home white man
>>107074882Using 22H2 is the same as using W11, no clue what is the point of this post, yea you're using LTSC, but it's 22H2 still.Same services, same software, same telemetry, same drivers, same UI even as W11 supports/still has everything W10 has with a toggle.
>>107075060(2004)/20H1, 20H2, 21H1, 21H2, and 22H2 all have completely identical code bases. The only differences is how the features were gradually tested and released (aka enabled by a tiny patch that flipped a switch). For 21H2 (build 19044) to 22H2 (build 19045) there were almost no changes besides a numerical increment because it was simply time for a yearly release. Most of the Windows development team had already moved to Windows 11 development by 22H2's release. Microsoft has their own page explaining this:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5015684-featured-update-to-windows-10-version-22h2-by-using-an-enablement-package-09d43632-f438-47b5-985e-d6fd704eee61
>>107074882Microsoft may support it until 2032, but third-party developers don't have to.
>>107075101Anyone who stops supporting windows 10, will by default leave india and china behind(since win 11 has a tpm requirement, and you need hardware from this decade to use it).and that is too much user data to pass up for these grubby fucks, therefore win 10 will be supported as long as win 11 has a tpm requirement.simple as
>>107075077Aha and? You just proved it even further that there is no point in using W10 22H2 over W11. If you want (((security))) updates then go there, otherwise 1903.
>>107075138>she doesnt know
>>107074882>9800X3D>uses W10 instead of W11
i want to. holy FUCK do i regret overwriting win10 iot ltsc with win11.win11 is so fucking laggy comparatively. explorer takes like 500ms+ to launch, and random programs sometimes take longer.
>>107075171>2% difference>remove some bloat from my windows>im now 11% faster than 11ez
>>107075188>i want to.rentry.org/LTSC
>>107075196Debloat W11 and you will be faster than your irrelevant W10 LTSC, stop forcing mental retardation you're not cool.
>>107075196>both 10 and 11 are stock installs>both 10 and 11 can have bloat removed>2% is average in favor of 11 with a max of 9% ion the test >0.1% and 1% aren't even measured (which have the biggest difference for CPU gaming perf.)nice grasping for straws anon
>>107075315>Debloat W11 and you will be faster than your irrelevant W10 LTSCin games*
>>1070751381903 is the last build that runs somewhat okay on potato hardware.
>>107075171why didn't windows 10 get the ryzen patch?
>>107076839The short answer: another incentive for the goycattle to get onto Windblows 11
>>107077032Both 10 and 11 are the same shitty shit though, don't see the point in cucking yourself either way if you use Windows anyways.
>>107074882Imagine buying a beautiful piece of ryzen hardware and putting fucking Windows on itfuck is wrong with niggas
>>107077061Windows XP is still king for serious work so long as it' stays offline. Windows 7 and Windows 8 are more than adequate in 2025. Linux should be dual-booted on every Windows machine and used for browsing and media consumption.
>>107077098>Linux should be dual-booted on every Windows machine and used for browsing and media consumptionBased, I just run it in a VM with no networking, so I can be rendering in Sony Vegas and then switch to my updooted furryfox browser on Linux Mint and do what i wanna do
>>107074882Anons, I don't get this post. Is this a meme? Is this a Linux AD? Why is xhe showing crazy CPU spikes + heavy RAM usage? And a version of windows that won't be supported in a year?
11 ran faster than 10 IoT did for me when I tried it earlier this year. 9800X3D and a 4090 too, plus the HDR support on 10 is somehow even worse than it is on 11.
>>107075129Delusional and high on copium. Even Windows 7 got destroyed by modern software support just two years after Microsoft dropped it.
>>107075171>single digit percent increase for AAA slopno thanks

>>107074882I'm fine staying on Windows 7 with my 5950x.
>>107074882How can a multinational company literally using developers with various ethnicity and nationality around the world to write code for their products be considered developed only by whites for whites?
>>107074882Oh look a wintard. Why are you using a legacy OS?
I would have but Win10 doesn't support my 9950X3D properly, even Win11 LTSC at the time of install did not, I believe the new LTSC 25H2 does but I just can't be fucked at this point.
>>107074882>ryzen slop>x3d evennothing white about ityou're cringe, not even remotely based
>>107079899your fault for buying fragile goy processor that needs flimsy scheduler hacks to make its gorillion ccd ccx core slop architecture to work reasonablynothing after intel 10th gen is worth buying
>>107080310Win10 doesn't even support Wifi7, stop being poor.
>>107079899you gotta install the game bar from microsoft to use the x3d thing, personally i just got the cpu with igpu because i will use this mb and cpu in a jellyfin server in 6 years when i upgrade
>>107075138>>107075396any proofs? have you personally tested it?/fwt/ doesn't mention it. Also can't find any isos and info how to downgrade from 22H2 ltsc.
>>107080887>any proofsyes>have you personally tested it?Yes on a N100 shitbook. The difference is apparent when you tweak the system towards a gaming, low latency focused setup. Plenty of guides on YT.
But don't expect miracles, it's by no means as responsive as windows 7
>>107080929how is the bloatware and spyware situation? Another benefit of the ltsc versions is that it's somewhat more tame in that regard.
>>107080979As bad as it ever was since the inception of windows 10. Windows is unstable without the tweaks and scrips. If on windows 7 you just did a few personalisation tweaks, 10 requires effort and modification for it to be somewhat usable. It's a headache one way or the other.
>>107081006>unstableUnusable
>>107074882Don't modern Intel and Ryzen CPUs run worse under Windows 10 than 11?
>>107081283Significantly so, yes.
>>107081283>Don't modern Intel and Ryzen CPUs run worse under Windows 10 than 11Windows 11 had worse performance than 10. The new core schedule update for windows 11 allowed windows 11 to catch up to windows 10. Meaning both are now somewhat equal. Windows 11 is dogshit and the shills have no tricks up their sleeves.

>>107082846who cares? ram is meant to be used.
>>107079899Use process lasso or any equivalent to assign your games to ccd0 and non-essentials programs like your browser/music/video player on ccd1. LTSC doesn't have xbox gay bar so windows doesn't know what to do. I think jayz put out a video on an alternative, but I already gave the process lasso guy a tip so.
>>107080293>Haswell in current year>doesn't even use the top of the line
>>107082978You turn the chiplet without X3D cache off, right? Basically turning it into the best 9800X3D there is. For gaming of course, since the 5090.
>>107083124Thanks I will, you enjoy your outdated indian slopware.
>>107083230going from the 4690k to the 11600k was a huge improvement. going from that to one of the latest cpus must be out of this world.
>>107083134yeah, used by me, not for the benefit of some nebulous so called jeetrosoft
>>107083346Not that guy so I dunno what the 4690K is like, but I did compare a 6800K to a Ryzen 7 9700X and the latter had around 3x the performance in all core workload.
>>107083346more appropriate response to this i guess>>107080293
but im already home.
>>107082874it doesnt.>>107080650https://youtu.be/iu0Ob0HBFNo?t=456>>107083205that only works in some games, there are a few where process lasso is not allowed to touch the process (the anticheat or whatever prevents it), plus some that see the CPU total thread count and automatically allocate 32 threads so when you disable half with lasso it causes severe lag (ie metro)
>>107083354oh, so you don't understand how an OS works.
>>107074882i am home, and i am white.
>>107083346>>107083415it's overclocked to 4.4 GHz and is more than enough for almost all workloads. it's never loaded 100%. exceptions are: very bloated modern games and (software) decoding 4k video, video encoding and compute. i would not notice a positive difference otherwise; i've played around with modern ryzen/intel PCs and it's actually slower and WORSE because new GOY bloat operating systems (linux with gnome/kde slow BLOAT is even worse) and all these new SLOP processors have tons of latency and input latency because of their cucked architecturesthis is as snappy as it gets in day to day usage>>107083465lol the absolute state of new cpus. ryzen x3d is a complete meme
>>107083465>ltsc vs progod damn that's a big difference
>>107083230>>doesn't even use the top of the lineok to answer you, yes i regret it slightly. however, i turn off hyperthreading anyways because of security and i think the binning advantage would only squeeze like 0.3 GHz or so, so no big difference>>107083346my next build will be a based on a 10700k. i never get around to build it because everything already just works so well and usually don't really need more as i said
>>107083465>it doesnt.Didn't the scheduler patch support 23H2?
>>107074882no, as a straight, white, christian, evropean man i use opensuse tumbleweed with kde plasma.
>>107083500>lol the absolute state of new cpus. ryzen x3d is a complete memeIt's the same with Intel.>>107083545no, it did not. There was a huge shitstorm with benchmarks when AM5 launched because of this, only the upcoming 25H2 ISO's will include the proper scheduler for it which iirc are still a while away.
>>107083488Where are the maintainers located, UK?
>>107083465>there are a few where process lasso is not allowed to touch the processI believe if you assign steam to ccd0 it will pass that along to all software launched from it, even if the game blocks you from doing it directly.
>>107083560>There was a huge shitstorm with benchmarks when AM5 launched because of thisThe patch came out way after AM5 launch though. After 9000 launched.
>>107083603I think that only applies to thread I/O priority I've never seen a game do that for affinity.>>107083623Apologies when I said AM5 I meant 9000 series, obviously 7000 came out long before then.
>>107083467>implying you're allowed to understand how windose works
>>107083545the 11 LTSC IoT version used came out before the scheduler fixes in 2024 iirc, so only the next iteration will include it fully (25H2).
>>107083560>It's the same with Intel.yes i know their cucked biglittle bullshit is a disaster. intel 10th gen is the last good processor generation
>>107083659Ah makes sense then.
>>107083578the sneederlands, but with global contributors.
>>107083639>I/O priorityMaybe I don't know enough about this lol, hopefully you can help me understand. For example, I'm unable to set cpu affinity for BF6(it just throws up errors in the log). If I do the same thing to Steam instead, it will show in process lasso that BF6 has affinity to ccd0 with zero errors popping up in the log. Isn't that accomplishing what I want?
>>107082910I pity you.
