I had the One M8 and it was perfect. Absolutely perfect in every way. In 2017 I moved from the US to Spain and it didn't have the right GSM or whatever. I bought the successor in your image. It had a lip on the edge which made it worse to hold. And it was slightly taller so it didn't fit in my pocket quite as well. Bank Sabadell updated their banking app, which is required to make any online purchase, and the app was no longer compatible with the phone. Sons of bitches. I bought a Samsung Galaxy A52s. It's fine I guess.

The One M8 was perfect though. I guess the company overshot and needed to use enshitification to keep the revolving door going.
