I have an old Acer Revo RL80. It will boot an Ubuntu USB stick but not memtest86+ or ShredOS. I presume this is because the Ubuntu image is signed and the others aren't, but it won't boot the others even with secure boot disabled. Is this some gay Acer thing? Can I get around it? I want to wipe the HDD without opening the case because it's pretty well sealed and I'm retarded so I'll probably break it.

Avoid.

Already tried that, as I mentioned.
