No resumes at all for weeks. Then an influx of indian resumes. Phone interviews went great. They knew their shit. They all had comp science degrees. Part of the job was setting up computers (just plugging in keyboards and mouses basic shit). They couldn't do it. Not only that, they couldn't speak english. It's kind of hilarious, but also kind of scary. They'll pretty much do or say anything to stay in this country, because they got nothing to lose.
