There is no way of fixing it, the most you can do is use custom uBO filters to nuke shorts, members only & non-english results.
Both YT and Google nuked their search engines in the last month, it has never been this bad.

Youtube search used to be fairly good. At some point they made it so it would give you like 4 things you were looking for and then a bunch of bullshit. Now it gives you AI slop.

Can you give an example of your query vs the returned videos? I have no such trouble, even when searching really old/unknown videos.
