How many days does It takes to get used to a new phone screen?

Went from redmi note 9 to moto G75 and had mid headache and eye preasure sensation these 4 days. What can i do?

go to an eye specialist, sounds like you need glasses

adaptive refresh rates or screen too bright, maybe combination of both?

and this. people really don't realize how fucked their vision is until they go visit an optometrist. i can relate to this.

Why can i use redmi note 9 with no problem?

good question, then maybe it is what the other anon said. but it's definitely weird because something like this should never happen. maybe the display is broken or weird calibrated by the manufacturer or something?

They are both LCD so you aren't experiencing PWM sensitivity.
Redmi is half as bright as your new Moto, and it was 60hz whereas your new one can go up to 120hz.
Fix: decrease brightness and set display refresh rate to 60hz and it will feel exactly the same.
This should be in spg or sqt btw.

Stop looking at your phone 24/7. Get a life, go outside.

Pwm isn't limited to oleds jeetgpt

This is because you are a normie tard whose screen is at maximum brightness.
When you are indoors you can easily turn the brightness down to absolute minimum and it would still be too bright in some cases.

I already have It at like 10-20% Max all the time with dimming almost at maximum lol

I do the same. There is a treshold after which colors go all muddy and the contrast becomes too low to be good for your eyes but it's somewhere between 5%-10% or so depending of the phone of course.
Headache could be related to your other ergonomics, like your workstation at home and/or work. Turn your monitor brightness way down too.
