If you live in europe do yourself a favor and dont use thomann, twice have they sent me faulty products and refused to refund. Literally just stick with alixpress or local stores.Fuck thomann.
So I discovered my Ziigaat Doscinco came damaged upon delivery. One of the filters is "smashed" and the right ear bud sounds really shrill. I asked to return it to Linsoul under warranty for repair (or preferably to get a new one) and this is what they said:>"We sincerely request that you return the earphones to China for inspection and repair. It's important to note that when shipping the package back to China, customs duties may be levied, and according to our policy, these charges will be the responsibility of the sender, that is, you."So not only do I have to pay shipping back to China, I also have to pay duties and taxes when they arrive in China, and then I have to pay shipping back to the US once again. All because they sent me broken earphones.
