GDDR7 production is being switched to DRAM/HBM since only Nvidia wants GDDR7 and Nvidia don't even care that much about it especially when Datacenter/AI is concerned. These companies are swamped and have stopped taking new orders for DRAM until they can meet demand. Meanwhile on Amazon DDR5 prices literally increases every day.
