When I built my PC in March 2024 I went with a 48GB kit thinking I'll upgrade to a faster 64GB kit eventually. Now here we are almost 2026 and RAM isn't much faster. Plus I don't even use the 48GB. Though Windows 11 (plus Chrome with 2 tabs) is using 10GB of RAM.
