Okay so i just went to walgreens to try for the first time to buy an amazog giftcard and use on one of my friends accounts. However the fucking cashier asked me for an ID to verify the purchase???? Wtf?? When did they start doing this shit? How do i get around this horse shit? Otherwise im going to have to go back to just giving my friends cash and then buying what i need from amazog. The reason why this was sometimes an issue was because they didnt have enough money in their acct so i figured to make things easier i just use a giftcard code, but so far seems the zog needs an ID, at least at walgreens in my city. Also this is just general data privacy thread so discuss relatable topics. Kinda surprised there isnt a general for this already, lets change that

>>107243294Like its not enough to have a peek at my ID, my ID has to be scanned, basically as if im buying alcohol
