Bedroom tv specifically. Doesn't feel right getting big tv in the bedroom. At the same time most comments I read people always happy/wish they went bigger. i.e. bedroom, view distance: ~2.5m(99inches). tv 42,48,55 ?
>>107245174Well, my TV by my bed is 55", but I can't fit bigger without it hanging over the edge of the wall. My main monitor is 42", anything bigger at 4k would be ass.
>>10724517455 is fine for 4K in bedroom
If you need anything bigger than 60" just buy a fucking projector.
>>107245174buy a 2-3 year old top end model on warehouse clearance sale
>>107245174I like the technology but I don't really see the need for a tv in 2025. I mean, should I get a 65" overpriced monitor just so I can watch some shitty yt vids? I can do that on my 24" pc monitor or on my phone.
>>107245289>I can do that on my 24" pc monitor or on my phone. So people can say "I can do that on my 65 TV" not different much
>>107245289Didn't had a tv for like 20years. fren just bought 65 inch and he says he's enjoying it a lot. I don't really watch shows or movies but maybe I will start enjoying it i get decent size oled tv.
>>107245226>a fucking projectorlast time I got one, this shit was hot and loud, has shitty brightness and colors especially during a day.
>>107245317The difference is that pretty much everyone has a smartphone or laptop/pc with a monitor. Getting another monitor (overpriced, oversized) that's sucks for everything but media consumption is stupid in this day and age when most media has turned into garbage.
>>107245340That's not how it works. To enjoy content, you first need to have good content and a good tv will enhance the viewing experience.
>>107245174Always get the bigger one unless you're going to sit at it like it's a monitor, or don't have space for it.
>>107245358So pretty much everyone has a TV
>>107245289My monitor is a TV and my other TV that's my TV is hooked up to a HTPC and nothing else.
