Now that plastics are proven to be harmful, can you live modern life without a single piece of plastic in your house?

no you can not.
even the chair you seat on is full of it.
the cushion is made out of "foamed plastic" - the bigger the bubbles the softer it is.

creating a cushion without plastic is incredibly difficult.

don't need to, we go back to bakelite

theoretically yes, most of the tools pictured can be replaced with their non-plastic counterparts, like the bottle, the glass, silverware, bowls, hanging clips, pens even to name a few
practically no, >>107251858 explains it best

Including paints? Kinda depends on the definition of plastic.

Nobody makes usb cables that are plastic-free, and is there a usb port without plastic in it???

So let's say you had a tent coated in wax, and only having metal poles and metal stakes, I think you'll have to kick the phone out, right?

Well.

Nobody bothers making a replacement for plastics because plastic is suuuuuper cheap. If plastic were expensive, it would be worth inventing things to replace it.

look up diy latex mattress, there's a lot of certifications involved where you can follow them to source only natural (as opposed to synthetic) latex very easily
