for me its the nexus 4
>>107251056literally my first phone ever. thanks dad
for me toothe coloured blinking LED showed you the type of notification before you even touche your phone
>back has zero cracks in it despite being dropped hundreds of times over the years>but does have microscratches around the edgesBothers me more than it having hairline cracks honestly.
>my nexus 4>my nexus 5>my nexus 6P>my nexus 7I'll never forgive google for killing them
>>107251056oh, my belowed..
I loved it, I confess
I had a Galaxy Nexus and that thing was a slow inferno
back when a phone running "android" actually existedconsidering "android" now has nothing to do with "aosp" nor with the os pixel phones run...i miss it, it was such a nice and powerful phone
>>107251056Probably one of my fav phones, i loved my grand prime equally but it had a gay name so nexus won
>>107251056The touch sensor in my Nexus 4 stopped working on half the screen after about 5 years
>>107251056step aside, child
I still have mine though its dead. Still the best looking phone in my opinion. Photos don't do its sparkly back justice.
Nexus 5 was perfection thoughbeitever
I took my nexus 4 out of the drawer recently and the plastic around the edge was deteriorated and sticky. We're getting old.
>>107251056>lay on flat surface>slide away slippery mfer
>>107251056If you liked the Nexus 4, you can't say you prefer it over the Nexus 5. It was the same thing but better in every regard. I miss the hard plastic backs they all had. No case needed, very easy to grip, didn't fucking shatter or scratch when you dropped 'em. Glass backs, ffs.>>107251186You have a cool dad. Call him soon.>>107251251I haven't thought about that in ages. I think it's pretty well phased out for OLED now though.>>107252932Probably the best phone ever made. That's when I got into the field, too. It was anarchy, but so fun to be an Android dev. Waaaaay fucking better than iOS dev environment at the time.
>>107251251Fuck I remember my S4 having that. Goddamn do I miss that fucking thing.
Google bricked my Nexus 5, and they gimped this Pixel 5's battery. My next phone will be a Moto G, I think.
>>107251266Which is the one with the little trackball? That was kinda cool.
>>107256500Nexus One
>>107251056For me it's the BlackBerry Passport, Priv, or Classic
>>107251056My mate in highschool had one of these, was really nice. >>107252932I loved my Nexus 5. It was my first android, I had Windows Phone before that.
>>107251056Loved that thing. My first Android, after Symbian died and iOS let me down due to it being a steaming pile of locked down shite. Thanks to CM and LOS it's been up to date until mid-2018 when the touchscreen gave up and the lower part became inactive. Easily one of the best phones ever made.
>>107251056Based, no phone had this degree of sexiness and flare. Shame it was gorilla glass on the back
>>107256306> Trusting googlenot even once
>>107251056nexus s and nexus 5 both mog this.
>>107257737That glass on the back was the one and only time I have ever had cracked glass on a phone.
>>107251056Cute. Wanted to get it, but instead got picrel. Zero regrets though.
>>107251056literally used two LG nexus 4 till 2018. My first true android phone. But luck of 4G forced me to change
>>107251056Mine was the nexus 6. For me the dual led was a game changer. My most used feature is always the flashlight and that's been the only phone past and present that I've owned that had a dual led.
>>107251056Also I'm still pissed Verizon did away with the Droids line. All metal construction, slide out keyboards. Now everything is gay and retarded.
>>107252755better times
>>107251056The Nexus 4 had an insane design flaw where the heatsink built into the back of the phone failed to make proper contact with the SoC. It was out by less than a millimeter. Consequently, the phone dumped heat into the battery instead. The battery's thermal sensor kicked in, and throttled the hell out of the phone.
