Bros laugh at my poor and amateur ass all you want but you guys are my last resort. Recently got this PC: https://www.microcenter.com/product/698874/powerspec-g527-gaming-pcAnd this monitor: https://www.microcenter.com/product/701766/Nitro_KG270_W3biip_27All drivers updated. Chipset updated. RAM bumped up to 6000 MT/s in BIOS. When I try to play Cyberpunk 2077 and no matter what I try, I'm getting (subtle, horizontal) screen tearing. I've been troubleshooting for several hours and have exhausted every Google search I can think of. If anyone could please a help, I'll be eternally grateful. Thanks.

I think I finally fucking figured it out. I turned OFF Enhanced Sync. What fucking sense does that make?
Do you have freesync turned on in your monitor?
>>107253508Depends on the monitor. Doesn't it say it's for variable refresh rate monitors?
