If it's a system drive or holds important data, you'll want to ensure it's backed up when it says bad, but you don't need to replace it until the uncorrectable error count starts decreasing (note: SMART wear attributes read backward, they start at 100 and count down to 0, they don't always count 1=1, but 100 = perfect and 0=ded)
