How successful do you guys think the budget Mac lineup will be?

I'll hijack this apple thread to ask something.I just saw a very good deal on a mac and bought it. Thing is, I already have a gaming and AI PC, a Linux laptop, and a Windows 11 ThinkPad for work. There's this mac sitting on my desk right now and I don't know what I should do with it.What are silicon macs good for that you can't do with anything else? Serious question.

Aside from games, Windows also has an advantage in CAD software which no one ever bothers to port to macOS, so people whose jobs involve designing buildings or machines will not want a Mac.

Given what an AI shitshow W11 is turning into, I might be tempted to get a Mac but with Tim Apple stepping down and likely a poo replacing him, doubt Macs will remain any less botted than Windows for very long.
