I checked every box except opening Windows 11 Advanced Display settings where the refresh rate is set default at 59.94 or whatever the shit! I screamed when 2 clicks just changed my whole situation. when you get a new pc or display always make sure you set your monitor hz to max. windows will always default to 60hz or under for compatibility. i have to do this for my monitor, my tv, and my streaming handheld.
