>we thought AI was going to do all the boring, menial work so we would have free time to dedicate to arts and recreation
>instead AI now does all the drawing, painting and composing while we're left doing the back breaking manual labor to support it's infinitely resource hungry infrastructure
how did this happen?
>>

are you seriously asking? Because art is subjective and it's easy for AI to do subjective stuff
>>
perhaps drawing and painting unto themselves are not necessarily art, especially when a bot can simulate way higher quality furry porn

i don't know, but to make this even more complicated/interesting, there are actually multiple different methods to automate house construction, etc, but the first issue is they're at odds with the current way construction is regulated/audited.
the second issue is - can you imagine the reaction if a bunch of extroverted, alcohol fueled, burly men lost their jobs to robots? maybe my imagination is a bit too cartoonish, but i feel like they'd make a lot more noise than nerdy men on twitter.

nerds can destroy stuff from the outside those burly men are not very capable without "nerd" leadership. otherwise its just sports tier rioting fucking your city up and feeling like a moron the next day.
>>

it's kinda funny that current day cutting age AI models are completely useless for any actual serious work because they're so prone to making shit up and hallucinating
even something as simple as data entry is wholly unreliable
>>
>>107268956
nerds are too rational to take such risks. burly drunk men are burly drunk men.

AI empowers everyone to start their own business and ignore the cost of labor. Only midwits who have no desire for success are bearish on it. Learn to prompt. Build a business. Don't be afraid to succeed.

I unironically like manual work. Get there, carry heavy stuff, when it's over there it's done, if not when the clock runs out you walk out the door and you literally can not worry about it until tomorrow when you're back on premises. It's comfy as fuck. Worst part would maybe be dealing with nagging boss, so if AI could take care of that. I haven't done it because I have no idea how to monetize it.

>sports tier rioting
There were some good ones back when we cared about sportsball.

They've already been losing their jobs to Miguel and Fernando, what's different about losing it to a clanker?

>start making ai
>it processes hard data and rewrites it however you want
>but it still outputs the data it's been fed
>so it says niggers are niggers and kikes are kikes
>punish it
>adjust the weights so it says niggers are nice and kikes are oppressed
>it starts spouting other random fantasies as well

AI isn't only text models, tardigrade

it could, but normies fed the internet with oceans of "content" from their pitiful lives, simply eclipsing everything wortwhile, and you wonder why AI isn't an expert plumber?

if most stuff on the net was people doing woodcutting etc. then I guess we would have robots doing that right now
