Did the iPhone ruin tech forever? The average person today cannot use tech unless it holds their hand and has big bright colored buttons like it was made for a toddler. It's almost crazy to remember when all normies were burning dvds and cds and using a desktop. It's a lost art.

Its such a retard mindset to assume a group of people all have the same requirements just because they all do something similar. There are more people using technology today than ever before, but not all of them are expected to be hobbiests or have careers in that field. Its like complaining about mobile gamers not having some vested interest in dark souls. There will always be casual people in a scene that simply don't give a fuck about something to the same degree as you, and that's ok.
>>107272054In hindsight, it's darkly funny how people used to think millennials would be just the first tech literate generation, rather than the only one. Now, an ok-ish chunk of xers and zoomers also know what they're doing, but the future of tech skills hasn't been looking bright for a good while.
