I haven't switched on my new one yet, looking into it as a side project to see if it's worth hopping over. I rely professionally on my computers so I'm hesitant to try new stuff on machines that I rely on for my income. But so far, it's very promising. There's a bunch of videos out on youtube, but I think the best way to find out about something is trying for yourself.

I personally set my active programs/windows in the middle with the start button set on the far-left. Any other tweaks you see on mine is essentially from that program. They even have Windows 7 style start menus, but I haven't really mucked around with those yet.
