What is up with mech keyboards? I was in the market for an upgrade from my 10 year old Chinese Amazon special because the wire is starting to fray and I want something nice but every single mechanical keyboard I see has people complaining about shit breaking after less than 2 years, even the 100 dollar ones from decent brands. Plus even the chinkshit no name ones are at a premium compared to a cheap old Logitech. I have never had a membrane keyboard break on me, ever yet reddit threads and Amazon reviews are filled with complaints about these mech keyboards breaking, and somehow they're most of the market in peripherals.
