i put my boomer dad on linux a decade ago because he used to be using windows xp. whenever he updoots the system random shit breaks for no reason. one day he couldn't login until i went into the console and restarted the xserver. then two days ago his printer stopped working with a brand new, never-seen-before error message even though it was working fine before and works fine if I plug in my WINDOWS laptop.
Linux just sucks. It breaks by itself. It just doesn't werk.
