So probably around a couple a months ago I learned that chat bots are actually really good at summarizing 10-Qs and I've been using them kind of as a superior alternative to Seeking Alpha. Like, I literally had no idea that they could read PDFs and power point presentations. This has made me realize that this shit is 100% not a gimmick, albeit, it still has a long way to go imo (chat interface is annoying and not always ideal, the erroneous confidence is also very annoying). Is anybody else out there using bots in this way? Or am I super fucking late to the party? I kind of feel retarded but I keep reminding myself that most people are retarded. Also apparently the ability to search the internet is a relatively new thing for chatbots. That feature is really useful.

FYI for any vibe coders: the "Canvas" equivalent on the z.ai website for GLM is OP as fuck, it has access to a full linux terminal, so you can basically "resume" after hitting the max chat length by downloading the workspace, pushing it to a git repo, and then starting a new chat by telling it to delete the premade project skeleton and git pull that repo directly into its workspace. Only downside is their editor is read-only so you can't make manual edits, but it will change ANYTHING you want and can actually move and delete shit unlike a lot of these harnesses.
