People always hear about vpns and everything else. but vpns are always blocked. how about the following, which does not change the ip address or use a vpn at all. An opaque interpreter is established that sends randomized data points to every website visited (almost any type of data point used for device fingerprinting), then the interpreter fixes any potential issues after pulling the website data to fix any glitches so the website is displayed correctly in the browser to the user. this would work in reverse from the user outbound also.
