Browsers like that are intresting as design projects. In reality it's usually a solution looking for a problem. Just close tabs and split windows when needed.

I tried qutebrowser. Sure, it looks minimalist, but it doesn't use any less ram than chrome. Because, underneath, it is chrome, almost. So I don't see the point. You have to use a fucking python script to import bookmarks.
