NEW and BIGGEST tech company just dropped.

Ya'll investing?
>>
>>107500500
why does he always make that stupid zoolander smile
>>
>>107500500
>go public
>shit starts falling apart
>old management doesn't care after they receive their payout
many such cases. jewish capitalism needs to be put into a camp for extermination.
>>
>>107500500
dumb decision tbhdesu honestly
>>
whats their revenue like to justify the 1.5trillion valuation?
>>
>>107500500
has elon given up on his plan to go to mars?
>>
>>107501774
Didn't they propose asteroid mining or something?
Exclusive spacelane licence for mars and the moon?
>>
>>107500565
You're exactly right comrade, every company should be state owned.
>>
>>107501789
who is gonna give exclusive deals to other planetary objects
>>
>>107501774
I imagine it's a combination of
>exaggeration
>priced in so far out that "priced in" can be a philosophical debate
>near-monopoly and a decade ahead in a currently niche market that is assumed to be the future of humanity
>name recognition, memes, cult of personality
>>
>>107501800
Important projects should be state managed, private operated.
>>
money is fake anyway and 90% of the stock will be owned by blackrock, oil funds, softbank who will mandate 50% blacks for every rocket launch crew
>>
>>107501887
>50% blacks for every rocket launch crew
If George Floyd had the opportunity to serve as an astronaught, he would be breathing in the ISS. So yes, this is a good thing!
>>
>>107501789
everyone can propose shit like a dyson sphere corp hell you can even buy a property on the moon that doesn't lead to massive valuation.
>>
>>107500500
>tech company
Don't they make rockets? How is it a "tech company"?
>>
>>107501800
Yes make every company state oened whats up
>>
>>107501869
>>priced in so far out that "priced in" can be a philosophical debate
>>near-monopoly and a decade ahead in a currently niche market that is assumed to be the future of humanity
the former I don't understand for the latter I don't think they are that far ahead other corps could do the same if they had access to the same resources and funds as Musk. Not that spacex isn't impressive. Feels like the same story as with Zuck and Facebook a gov project turned into a private company.
>>
>>107501920
You put a touchscreen on your rocket? Tech company
>>
>>107501930
>other corps could do the same if they had access to the same resources and funds as Musk
You'd think, but Elon isn't the only billionaire with a hobby rocket company. You had both Bezo's BO and Branson's Virgin Galactic, yet both are laughably behind. And oldspace has the government effectively writing blank cheques for them to the extent that SLS is >1b$ per launch.
>>
>>107500500
The value in SpaceX is they deliver. There's only a handle of companies that can reliably put shit in space and they're one of them, even NASA uses them and is dependent on them. They gave Boeing a chance too but they blew it like they always do.
>>
>>107502004
wrong, spacex valuation is mostly due to starlink. that spacex uses their own rockets for launching starlink is a footnote.
>>
>>107502076
It's a rather important footnote when you consider that nobody else can reliably do what they do.
They have no real competitors and have already conquered the market.
>>
>>107500500
what happened to going to mars? did elon give up?
>>107501781
probably discovered the ketamine and dumping hundreds of billions into an AI trained to glaze him 24/7 give better dopamine ROI
>>
>>107502004
>is they deliver
right now. if they're going public that probably means there's no more advances to be had and current investors are looking to cash out ASAP
>>
>>107502117
Specifically, the point I'm making is they have the capacity to launch these satellites at a speed nobody else can. Yes, Starlink is very, very, very impressive but the only reason they have been able to do this is by using their own rockets and launch vehicles. They wouldn't be able to aggressively reconquer the market if they had to rely on other companies to get their shit into space.
>>
>>107502004
SpaceX did not deliver a SLS competitor. Starship is in developer hell.
SLS contract is worth $50 billion. NASA doesn't give SpaceX anywhere that kind of money.
so if you go by realized revenue you should invest in Boeing.
>>
>>107502167
I don't know if this is good investment advice but at least Boeing isn't owned by a retard.
SpaceX on-paper is a good investment but its value will tank every time elon says something stupid on Twitter.
>>
>>107500500
that doesn't sound better than dogecoin
>>
>>107502186
how's SpaceX good investment on paper?
Musk wants to colonize Mars. there's no money in that. for shooting satellites into orbit Falcon-9 is ideal. Starship is only useful if you want to go further.
>>
God, I hate these fucking glavset threads. Nuke Russia off of the face of the planet.

>They have no real competitors and have already conquered the market.
let's look at launches in 2025. China's Long March is still there. Their customers will never switch to non-chinese SpaceX.
>>
>>107501774
it's justified by vanguard (party lmao) buying at that price using the fed's inflation-printed dollars
>>
>>107502272
The Chinese are the only semi-serious "competitor", yes. They won't even enter into the picture in many cases where using a Chinese company is considered too sensitive, etc, though.
>>
>>107502186
Boeing isnt owned by a retard. Boeing is retard on life support getting hundreds of billions of US gov money for no product. SpaceX isn't just a good investment "on-paper", its the only private space company in the world that delivers humans to orbit and to ISS. Its only only space company that can deliver humans to space in US.

You're a retarded nigger.
>>
>>107502298
no vanguard funds invest into ipos.
s&p 500 doesn't allow non-profitable entities to enter, so most traditional funds will ignore spacex.
>>
>>107502313
>Its only only space company that can deliver humans to space in US.
there's zero money in that. space tourism isn't a market.
>>
>>107502327
Yet.
If elon could offer day trips to the moon and make money off that then you can bet he would, and he'd do it better than anyone else.
>>
>>107502327
95% of money comes from Starlink right now. You're still a nigger, a double nigger.
>>
>>107502363
starlink is part of spacex. the ouroboros will eat itself.
>>
>>107502186
>Boeing isn't owned by a retard
They started being owned by retards when ther merged with Douglas.
>>
>>107501774
No one cares about fundamentals.
Good fundamentals don't offer large short-term profits.
Good hype does.

What justify Tesla valuation?
>>
>>107501781
We already have the tech, his entire company is fake front to push something, not sure what. Probably just a distraction to keep people convinced we need rockets and nuclear power still.

With all the whistleblowers, leaks, anti grav research in the last 60 fucking years we dont need rockets. You think its just a coincidence that microprocessors and a bunch of bioengineering excelled in the 1950's after roswell and WW2. I'll tell you one thing, they got moonbases and deep underground bases, not sure about mars but I'm assuming the glowies are trying to use AI in some capacity for space travel.
>>
>>107500565
Yeah. This is genuinely a death blow to spacex. 20 years from now it'll be as bloated and useless as NASA
>>
>>107500500
it's too bad I don't have anything set up to buy stocks right now. I would definitely throw a few bones at that.
>>
>>107502167
Spaceship in its development hell is leagues ahead of SLS. SLS is a fucking retarded deadend, anyone defending it has absolutely no clue about how fucked it is as a platform. SLS is what happens when the senate dictates requirements for who's making what parts of the vehicle, instead of its capabilities, like using the fucking space shuttle's reusable engines as single-use.
>>
>>107500500
>>107501774
>>107503376
Lies, when will you people learn to stop believing in Twitter lies.
>>
>>107500500
You know it
>>
>>107502167
Single SLS flight cost more than the entire Starship development cost and all the mission contracts combined. LMAO
>>
$1.5T is absurd, and Elon is a faggot. SpaceX, despite turning into a pile of shit, treating its employees like disposable cum-rags, and being run by that moron, is still a valuable company that's actually doing things. The old guard MIC boomers seethe at their infinite money glitch getting fucked up, but the truth is Boeing and LockMart can't fucking deliver anymore because they've turned into bean-counting companies instead of engineering companies.
>>
>>107503470
>disposable cum-rags
You aren't supposed to throw them away, anon.
>>
>>107500500
rip spacex.
>>
>>107503515
It's been on its way out for a couple years now, they're going to have to coast for a long time on falcon 9 until Spaceship gets out of the boondoggle phase. All the people who've actually lead it to its current spot have abandoned ship or are in the process of checking out. The sad thing is that even in this gimped state, it's still better than what the rest of the market has to offer. One can only hope that the competition catches up and surpasses them quickly.
>>
>>107500500
Supposedly he is working on an antigravity technology. He needs to dump this old rocket shit while he still can.
